I agree with @sueinmn that any questions about changing medication dosages are best answer by your lung specialist. You might also wish to contact your pharmacist with your questions.

Many thanks Colleen for your most welcome, helpful & kind reply...I have decided that I will not be able to join Mayo Clinic just now due to unforseen family circumstances, but however I will certainly be in touch at a later date..Thanks again Colleen for your care & support shown to me at this time, it is indeed much appreciated..
