Is Camzyos effective long term?

I did not need an insurance broker.
I have government medicare and a supplement. After paying my $240 copay my cost for Camzyos in 2024 is $0. On the back of my pharmacy monthly bill are these words: "Catastrophic Coverage (you are in this stage). In this stage the plan pays all of the cost for your covered Part D drugs."
There is a cap of $2000 out of pocket (which I never had to pay thanks to my insurance).

Thank you so much for your valuable information.
There are many different health plans for medicare part A and supplement part B and they are also different for "each state in the USA". I live in the State of Colorado. You do not have to answer this questions; however, it will be great to know which specific insurance plan for part A and which specific plan for health insurance for supplement part B offers that generous program of $240 copay for Camzyos.
Again thank you so much for the valuable information that does not need an insurance broker.
