I have cataracts and Sjogrens (and green eyes). I have suffered dry eyes more years than I can count. Thought I’d tried them all, OTC and prescribed. I now see a cornea specialist because of an aneurysm on my right cornea. He turned me onto the best drops I’ve ever used. They are not in drug stores but Amazon carries them. The brand name is Optase. I can’t believe the difference they’ve made in my life!! I highly recommend trying them. The only thing that could be improved is the delivery method squeezing a drop out of the bottle but worth it!!!!
