I have the same issue. It started suddenly about 3 years ago and won’t go away. I have been to my PCP, dentist, and an ENT. They say it looks normal. It’s not normal. I can’t stand the way it feels against the roof of my mouth. I hate chewing gum, but now have to have a piece in my mouth at all times. It’s there all the time and worse after I eat. I have researched everywhere and can’t find anything similar.
