Anyone try earthing/grounding for pain relief?

Rather than start a new discussion I'm tossing this idea in with 'grounding'.
Anyone ever read about 'moon water'?
"Moon water is a homemade concoction believed to be charged by the energy of the moon. Typically, its intention is to help with spiritual and emotional healing or transformation. The practice is said to have originated sometime during the 1800s, but the idea of leveraging the energy and power of the moon has been around for centuries"
No research on this but you can certainly use Google to find out more about it.
Just a thought......

The Hunters Moon, October's supermoon, would be ideal for making moon water overnight if you're interested. It's tonight.

Coincidentally, I have just been reading about this and decided to risk the $50 purchase on a little mat to give it a try! I have peripheral neuropathy as well, so I find it uncomfortable to walk around barefoot - so opted for the technology. I will update the group after trying it out.

Hi! Could you tell me how it worked for neuropathy?

Honestly, I probably wasn't consistent enough and I need to confirm the outlet I am using is properly grounded.

Hello all, so, my husband has had PMR since Oct last year. We started using a grounding sheet in the summer. He is now tapered off his prednisone( started at 25 mg in January when finally diagnosed and finished last week) and seems to be doing ok...... he has been sleeping very very soundly for a while now( the sheet possibly?) We tested the sheet with a device ( he is a retired contractor and has a good device for testing outlets etc) and confirmed that yes, it is doing what it says it is supposed to do.) I have two sheets, because I want to rotate them- I line dry them and wash in warm water in the washing machine. I know how difficult this disease is, so I don't want to throw out false hope - I can only report our experience. https://groundluxe.com/collections/grounding-sheets this is the link to the site where I got my second sheet. There are other sites that are cheaper. If it helped him at all I am grateful.... to me the whole idea of grounding makes so much sense anyway. We are so removed from the natural world any more. Thanks and I hope this helps some.

I’ve had RA for over 25 years and PMR for the last 3 years. Lots of drugs, biologics, methotrexate and prednisone…..my daughter recently bought me a grounding sheet to try. I noticed a difference right away as I was less sore in the morning and seemingly got into a deeper sleep for a longer period of time….was usually restless tossing and turning etc. I’m still using it today and sleeping good now…Also now on Kevzara which enabled me to finally get off prednisone which was very difficult for me to taper off of.

I looked at grounding sheets online. There are fitted and flat sheets. I'm guessing just a fitted sheet is necessary. Also curious about pets sleeping on the bed. This is an interesting topic.

I just have the fitted ones because we use a duvet cover and no top sheet. Pets will probably benefit from these sheets as well!!
