I think it has helped some with some of my symptoms. It's a little hard to tell, it's a very low dose, and my symptoms do come and go. But I'm generally improving so sticking with the LDN. While I've been on it (several months now) I have seen improvement with sleep issues, digestive problems, palpitations, and maybe fatigue.
