Anyone Heard of Pirenzepine for Small Fiber Neuropathy?
I just read articles about a drug called Pirenzepine that is being studied to help heal nerve damage. It is being touted as a cure for small fiber neuropathy. I think it is still in the study phase, but is used for other things such as stomach ulcers.

DMSO is used to assist in the absorption process.
I am very interested in the Pirenzepine solution for PN. Hoping to see posts by people who may have used it
You say "I crush up 150mg which is about 4%." the 150mg of pirenzepine is 4% of what? The way I read it is you need a 4% solution of pirenzepine in DMSO. To get the proper 4% mixture you need to mix 150 mg of pirenzepine with a specific amount of DMSO, otherwise the 4% ratio is not correct. How much DMSO are you mixing with the 150mg of pirenzepine?
Lupusgirl. Did you have any success with the pirenzepine either topical or orally?
