Hey all. Does anyone have an idea what could this be? Just found it on our 5-year old boy. Its on the anterior side of knee...

Kindergarten age kids are susceptible to contact with common childhood
viruses. This could one of them called molluscum. It should be checked by
your pediatrician or a skin doctor. Avoid self treatment remedies that can
make it more inflamed.
