How do you determine PVC burden?

I had an ablation in 2009 and have been offered another but right now it feels stable so I am waiting. I am on Diltiazem and a small amount of beta blocker. I also had a loop recorder placed a couple years ago and it help determine where my arrhythmias is coming from.

This past January my arrhythmia was quite active but an increase in Diltizem helped.
I used to pass out frequently with the PVC’s. We have talked about it being autonomic but found nothing to support the theory. But it feels like an adrenaline rush that ends in me passing out, again an increase in my Diltizem helped with this. Cardiologist does not feel it is related to my Mixed Connective Tissue Disease but I really think it does.

Since I live in a rural area, I don’t think my specialist are the best but it is a Mayo Clinic now. I am not sure I get the best care but doing the best I can. My specialists rotate out a lot so that is why I am not sure care is consistent or seamless.

Trying to live one day at a time. I do walk 3 to 5 miles per day with my dog, usually after I wake up and can move, it is now routine and if I don’t do it the rest of my day just does not go well and I struggle to get any energy. I will say it is the endorphins from the walking that helps with the rest of the day. The walking also helps me sleep at night without it I don’t sleep.

Anyway, enough about me! Thanks for the support.

Thank you for sharing. I'm praying that you don't experience any more episodes and that you receive the care you need
