Penis health
Hi good afternoon I'm having a small 1.5 cm length lesion or tear in my shaft skin of my penis . If I retract my foreskin I'm able to see it clearly . I have been having it for around 1.5 years from now. I had also consulted some doctors they recommended Frenuloplasty in penis and I had it done. But my problem is not addressed it still persists. Frenuloplasty didn't clear the broken skin or lesion that was there in the shaft skin or prepuce whatever I don't know the part name. When we retract the foreskin the skin near frenulum is . I have no pain nor discharge from it. But when I shifted to another place for studying the water there was not good. Then when I washed my innerforeskin I started to notice only the tear area alone is turning slightly red like infected then I came to know that there is some problem in it. I want anyone to help to get rid of this problem. What should I do. Please help me

The medical specialists who treat this area are usually
dermatologists or urologists.
If you had surgery by a urologist you may consult a dermatologist for testing. If the area doesn’t respond to medical treatment a biopsy may be necessary to make the diagnosis. Non healing sores need to be addressed and diagnosed properly.

Your posts makes me sad. I wish I had the answers you want to help you.
Your are posting information and a problem that medical professional should be looking at and responding to. My advise from what you posted is to seek out a good dermatologist. I had a sore on my penis for quite a while. I thought it was just a sore caused by biking and my shorts and underwear getting wet and rubbing.
I stopped the bike riding for awhile as got sick but the sore did not go away. Sent a photo to my Mayo dermatologist and the brought me in and took biopsy. It was squanmous (spell) cancer. I told them I thought all those came from sun exposure but was told no the cancer can start from a sore or HPV virus. I am not saying this applies to you but you need an experience medical professional like a dermatologist to get you the answers you need.
Do you live anywhere close to a Mayo Clinic or Cleveland Clinic? If so contact them. I can read that this is not only a physical issue for you but a mental one as well.
