If you do see a positive change in your health, let us know. I posted an article saying it was supposed to help. I don’t feel good about it, so I will pass for now. The first set brought on symptoms I never had from actual Covid so…..

This was my second booster since I got LC. I saw no change after the first booster since LC. So, I don’t have high expectations for this one.

I had no negative reactions after my last booster. This time, it was a little rough for 24 hrs, but then ok. This booster addresses the new strain, so I guess that’s why it affected me that way. I have type 1 diabetes, so I can’t risk covid again. I will always opt for the vaccine. I knew many people who died from covid either before a vaccine was available or due to them refusing to get the vaccine…..4 were family members.

I had gotten each covid shot and mingled with no problems, but I missed the last shot that I should have taken last November. Instead, I took it 5 days after I was exposed to covid. 5 days after the shot I got covid, but it was also 5 days into the incubation period. So for me, I plan to get both the flu shot and the covid shot. I never want another case of covid. I had Pfizer vax .
Re flu: In 2005 I was hospitalized for the flu. I never had a flu shot. I've gotten flu shots every year since and despite a few exposure ops, I never caught it again.
