Potential penile trauma/pain and tension
For a couple years i’ve been having some odd symptoms with my penis. The 2 doctors i went to have told me I have normal anatomy and even had a clear ultrasound. But i have had issues that are really uncomfortable and bothersome. I think i may have slept on an erection or over masturbated. I have abstained before with no real improvement, but masturbation does worsen the pain i feel especially on the left side. It’s a twinge/stabbing pain only when i press down on my penis flaccid or wear tight underwear. It’s usually a dull ache feeling and the base is very firm and tight. My doc said either scar tissue which the ultrasound showed was no there, or a ligament injury. He just told me to take advil. But it doesn’t seem right. I have hourglassing when flaccid almost all the time and my penis is always tight and retracted instead of looser like it used to be. I hope to hear your advice and thoughts about what might be happening. Im really frustrated. Thanks

@tomlion19
Any update? I’ve been experiencing very similar symptoms.
@tomlion19 those are some odd symptoms you have but your description doesn’t make sense to me. Since you’ve seen 2 docs already I’m guessing neither was a urologist or a sex expert. You should seek out a doc who specializes in sexual dysfunction and most large teaching institutions have them. And don’t be surprised if many are female docs. You need to be able to explain what you’re feeling while showing them too. BTW what or who are you comparing yourself to that you feel your abnormal or just not as you were previously?
You said “ I have hourglassing when flaccid almost all the time and my penis is always tight and retracted instead of looser” What is hourglassing? Your penis adjusts itself throughout the day as you move as your body temperature changes, etc. even if your penis shrivels up in winter to a little stub it usually returns to relative normal size when needed. Your muscles in your groin could be tight and maybe pelvic floor exercises might help you too.
