On the day the port was scheduled I was sick and vomiting. Port canceled. No treatment.
Instead, a blocked bile duct was discovered - a result of an inflamed lymph node.
I was admitted through emergency. A successful procedure to install a bile duct stent was performed. Port install rescheduled for Oct 8th and first chemo starts that same day - it looks like a long day ahead.
