recommendations for electrolytes (for POTS)
Hi all,
I'm looking for recommendations for electrolytes with high salt content because I've been diagnosed with POTS. I'm looking for something with high sodium, no artificial sweeteners/stevia/sucralose/monk fruit. Any suggestions?

I hope someone responds. I’m interested in this info too, though I don’t have POTS. I do tend to have low sodium.
I mentioned I drank Gatorade zero on a site and someone responded there are too many chemicals in it.
I followed their suggestion that I go to Amazon and buy electrolyte powder - no taste, no sugar, no chemicals. I added it to water and noticed a taste so I add it to my morning coffee, soup, and smoothies.
I didn’t realize you could buy electrolyte powder!
We’re all here to help each other.
Thanks!
I've been using https://sacredeats.com/product/keto-electrolyte-powder/ for a couple of years now. I can't deal with the sugar or stevia, but the monk fruit has been fine for me. My wife doesn't like it, so maybe because my smell/taste is still limited from COVID four years ago.
I have POTS. I tend to eat regular salt as much as I can. My PCP gave me samples of salt tablets you can get on Amazon. I have been using them on days when I don't eat. They are not bad and they do help. However, I find I have days that no matter what I take, all my health issues act up including POTS.

I use LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes. - Raw Unflavored Salt | Drink Mix | 30-Count individually Packets. It's just Sodium, Potassium and Magnesium. They do have flavored but I only get these. There was another brand featured on the website "Standing up to Pots" but it is full of sugar. I haven't found anything else as good as the LMNT brand. Kind of expensive though. I use one a day and then use Himalayan Pink Salt liberally for the rest of the day, in water and on my food, Hope this helps.
I use Keto Chow's Electrolyte Drops (Concentrated Sodium, Magnesium, Potassium, and trace minerals from the Great Salt Lake). No sugars, calories, caffeine or artificial anything. I mix 5 drops in my daily 16 - 24 oz insulated cup of decaf green and peppermint teas with a small piece of lemon rind. electrolytedrops.xyz I may have bought them off of Amazon. They last forever. I, also, increase my salt intake on food, drink lots of water and use compression stockings. Hope this info helps.
