Also looking for a LARS specialist in Michigan, preferably north of Grand Rapids, if possible. Would also travel out of state(Cleveland Clinic, Mayo) if there is help available.

Hello @llmichigan and welcome to Mayo Connect. I see that you are interested in finding a LARS specialist in Michigan. Have you contact the University of Michigan? They have a wide range of specialists there.

As you mentioned Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic you would need to contact those facilities to see what they have to offer you in the way of a specialist. Mayo Clinic's link to appointment information is, http://mayocl.in/1mtmR63.
