What is your dose of Pregablin? Sounds like you don't have any side effects? Thanks.

Hi,
My dosage is 2, 25mg 4 times a day.
I also have dry cupping which reduces the pain, relaxes the muscles and enables me to get an undisturbed night sleep, I have hydro therapy where I strengthen my muscles and keeping my joints mobile, I practice yoga, do gentle stretches and strengthening exercises at home, and go walking. I use breathing exercises and mediation when my symptoms are really bad. Also, use other holistic methods to maintain and manage, my symptoms as I also have neurophatic pain and sciaticia from hernited lumbar, cervical and sacrum discs. Nutrition is also important so I eat alkline and whole foods.

I have also had adaptions made to my home which makes it more comfortable to live and stay at home, and use a walking aid. I contacted occupational health and all the equipment is free in England, UK. ( I don't know if you live here on in another country). The four hydro therapy was free under the National Health Service (NHS), now I pay £5.50 per session, and I am waiting to have acupuncture again, which reduces my pain and symptoms, and is free under the NHS.

I use an intergrated approach to my care as I work freelance in the cultrual sector which is very stressful and unapologetic, and I enjoy my independence and working enables me that freedom. Finally, I speak to a counsellor, which I pay for, ( as the waiting list is ridiculous and you only get 6 free sessions with the NHS), as I know how stressful and depressing the symptoms can get and overwhelm me. Hope this all helps, and you find a solution to help you manage your condition.

Best wishes,
D
