Hello, looking to see if anyone has found relief. I’m 6 months in and I feel like my mucus is returning somewhat. Went from completely dry to now just horrendously sticky. I’ve also had horrible joint paint and tingling in my mouth and on my face.

I’m having a similar problem and I know it can really get frustrating, when my nose was dry I tried to saline nasal spray that helped a little, also saline can be couter productive because it’s salt. I later found a product called Nasacort without a prescription and this combined with a cold air vaporizer at night really worked. I got eye drops from the doctor for the itching and an antihistamine relieved the rest. I hope this helps you out or perhaps your doctor might have some better options for you, good luck.
