I had decompression surgery at L3/4 and felt better two months later, but now six months later I am having worse throbbing in my legs and my left toes curl up. The Surgeon says it's Foraminal Stenosis and he would do fusion, which I must avoid. Do you know anything about Foraminal Stenosis ?

Sorry, I don’t have any specific knowledge about foraminal stenosis, but I think the Gokhale Method is worth a try before going to surgery.
