Long covid rare symptoms
Hi, I'm new, so bear with me.
I tested positive for covid in 2020. Very atypical symptoms. No fever,
no cold or sore throat. I became very tired on my 10th day and i developed this incredible burning sensation in my mouth and up my nose. The skin on the outside of my nose and around my mouth was on fire! I have had three shots and developed severe muscle and joint pain that I didn't have with the active virus. That took about a year to finally go away. Since then, I went through "everything always smells like burnt onions, " to the rancid smell stage, and for the last 4 years, intermittent nasal, mouth and skin burning.
It will reappear without warning, stay for a few days or a few weeks. And it's always worse at night. I can't find any information about this "condition" anywhere. My husband is a pcp, and one of his partners referred me to an ENT. I've seen her twice and she has not heard of my particular post civic issues. I am beyond frustrated. Right now I'm taking Centrum silver power her recommendation. Can anyone relate??? Thank you!

I agree and think about that, sometimes way too often. The pain, there is no way to describe it to others who haven’t experienced this. I have other pain in addition to LC. too. (Two knees bone on bone/arthritis, torn meniscus’s, cysts- two hips full of arthritis, sciatica, and lower 1/2 of back with arthritis, degenerative disc disease, buldging discs, cysts and spurs ( all needing surgery and or replacements) - A prolapsed uterus, bladder that potentially could also have cancer but won’t know till surgery. Full hysterectomy as well as bladder surgery. - Plus, getting colonoscopy and endoscopy in 3 weeks because of gastrointestinal issue (IBSC/D), vomiting dark green bile, painful stomach cramps and extremely low Vitamin B-12 and Folic Acid I take shot for but isn’t increasing much. ** Dr is questioning some type of gastric cancer from other symptoms as well. PLEASE CHIME IN IF ANYONE HAS THESE ALSO. I am thinking it’s not related to Covid but this did start all since 1st Covid.
Will let you know if that happens. I think so too.
