No, slower than average transfer of food from stomach to intestines and very slow from intestines to colon.

Thanks

these may be ways that help naturally:
- eat foods low in fat and fiber.
- eat five or six small, nutritious meals a day instead of two or three large meals.
- chew your food thoroughly.
- eat soft, well-cooked foods.
avoid carbonated, or fizzy, beverages.
- avoid alcohol.
- drink plenty of water or liquids that contain glucose and electrolytes,

Also prebiotics and probiotics might help.

A dried Ginger Root capsule taken after a meal really helps me. Sometimes my food feels like it is just sitting in my stomach, not going anywhere and the ginger really helps move things along. Ginger root does thin the blood so is not compatible with blood thinner meds and can also interfere with Diabetic meds.

Try Iberogast. It’s liquid. Can be found on Amazon
