I am having sore muscles and joints and fatigue and headache. Is this to be expected or is this something serious?

They caused me to get drug induced lupus which carried on long after the drug was stopped, it attacked all my connective tissue and severely wasted all muscles and real bad neuropathy in face/ hands and feet and to many other symptoms to mention. I believe all antibiotics have the ability to cause this just not quite as severe as the Fluroquinolones. People trust doctors to much they should talk to the people that have used there toxic drugs before you go ahead. And after all that the treatment failed. I still have MAC and whole lot of pain disabilities on top thanks to antibiotics.

So sorry to hear that. It sounds awful. Did they subscribe Cipro to you for MAC? It is not for MAC as far as I know and usually only prescribed for Pseudomonas. Do you have that? The only oral treatment options for Pseudomonas are Cipro or Levo which is so unfortunate. I have Pseudo but will not take either of them due to kidney issues they are known to cause not to mention all the connective tissue issues. Mine are already so weak!
