I’m 70 and have had tinnitus since my 40’s. It comes and goes. Sometimes it’s a hissing other times it sounds like crickets. Sometimes it’s both other times. Stress definitely does make it worse though. Last year I got hearing aids as I have mild to moderate hearing deficit.

thanks for the reply, yes I get the cricket thing, also i'm sure age has alot to contribute.
I'm going to look into a natural approach, as well.
