Welcome @kat2010, I picked up on that same advice some years back and it was a game changer for me. It allowed me to finally lose weight and maintain the loss where before I was a virtual yo-yo going back and forth for 20+ years using different weight loss programs, including Weight Watchers. I finally made the decision that it is me that has to change and not the type of diet I was using.

2. Don't shop the middle aisles of the grocery stores.
