I only tried the one (Nature's Way with 100 units) I returned one which had a bunch of other things (like B12) because I inject B12 and I don't need the other stuff. I have IBS and IC so I must be very careful what I ingest.
The DIM with the brocolli thing was advised and the first one advised by my doc.
Again - thing your breast tenderness should be addressed by hormone level adjustments. Took my first doc 9 months. She balanced the hormone/progesterone first, then added the testosterone and we balanced that too. I like the gel because I can control my dose without going back to the doctor.

Yes, it would be nice to be able to self adjust the dose! My doc is not and endocrinologist or a functional medicine doctor. She's a family practice doctor with a long time OP speciality. I see the limitations in this. I did a lot of diagnostic blood testing, but it didn't include sex hormones. She just prescribed HRT, at my request, with the tested therapeutic dose of .05 estradiol patch plus micronized progesterone by mouth. If it works out, it's definitely a simple and inexpensive approach...
I'll hear back from her next week.
I'm still hoping the tenderness resolves as my body adjusts (seems a little less today) and that it helps to stop bone loss. Thanks again for your DIM tip. Still reading about it and considering.
