John, Thanks so much. I have tried the regular My Pillow and it was a "no-go". I will try the small travel pillow. Stay tuned.....

Forgot to mention that if you purchase directly from My Pillow you get the pillow case with the pillow. They have several different colors/patterns to choose from for the covers.
