@sonodeka try DIM! I read on the supplement box it helps breast tenderness caused by HRT! (get one that is 100 - 150 units) My doctor recommended it to breakdown the BHRT properly.

Thanks you Loriesco! I'm not familiar with DIM but will look into it.
Four weeks into hrt and this recent tenderness has been a little
concerning. I appreciate the tip!
