@johnbishop

Long drives are difficult for me also. I have lower back aches and difficulty sitting for a long period of time and also walking due to degenerative disc disease along with osteopenia. I've sometimes found that a seat cushion helps and keeps my posture more upright. I have one similar to this one that I use in the car and in the house - https://www.amazon.com/TushGuard-Seat-Cushion-Airplane-Bleacher/dp/B0B5SW6381/ref=sr_1_5.

Thanks for the info. My pain is middle to top of my back and only on the left side.

Mr. John, You are a blessing to so many on here. Thank you. Praying for you!

I have similar problems, osteoarthritis, bad discs especially lower spine. I try to walk minimum of one mile a day but now I sometimes get sciatic/hip pain on my left side. Nothing helps except I do have a jacuzzi tub ( not a spa) and the warm water helps ( can’t get the gets in the right spot 😳). My car has heated & cooled seats with adjustable lumbar support. But I cannot take anything like Tylenol. My doctor did prescribe a dose pac of steroids once; im saving it for our upcoming driving vacation. Not looking forward to walking all day either

@johnbishop I have a failed lumbar back surgery I just ordered a second one of these cushions so I have one in each vehicle I carry mine everywhere I go. I have a different one that’s thinner I use to put in my recliner since I’ve been sleeping in it for 3-1/2 months.
