It’s been over 3 years now with chronic lateral knee pain, especially with walking and stairs. Feels pretty good with biking but I would like to take a walk! Ultrasound showed something is catching on the implant but last sports medicine doctor doesn’t know exactly what. Have been to 3 other orthopedic surgeons, two of which say I need a revision ☹️ but don’t know what problem is. Going to see at least two arthroscopic surgeons who have done this before. Operating surgeon didn’t have a clue about complications except for infection which has been ruled out twice. Thanks for your note as it gives me hope.

Let me know what happens please

I feel like that's what's happening with me with my right knee after a couple years of putting a thicker spacer in. I feel friction on the outside. I'm seeing my surgeon next week but anxious to hear what yours says. And I feel like the stretching to relieve ITB tightness and tendinitis has been helping, but read about possible arthroscopic procedure to shave a little bit. I found this article informative
