She said she started me out low to avoid side effects. However, I go back for blood work and an appointment with my doctor the middle of October.

I started low dose HRT about 3 weeks ago, and only yesterday noticed some breast tenderness. I thought I'd avoided that... I'm hoping things adjust and settle down. Otherwise no life changing affects or benefits for me - I haven't turned into Superwomen as I'd secretly hoped - but am hoping it's doing its thing for my bones.
