No. It just so happened that this Neurologist is also nutrition trained, and was willing to work with me on cortisol issues through nutrition and supplements, and working on better sleep habits. My Primary Care doctor is an Integrative doctor and is also offering suggestions for this adrenal rush problem.
I wish I could tell you we have found the key. So far we have not, but I’m grateful for these doctors who are trying to help me find relief. It is a complex issue I think.
Your functional doctor is probably a good resource to help your symptoms.

I would like to know what supplement she suggested for your cortisol
I have taken different ones but still had adrenal rushes every 2 hrs
It’s really recking my health
I have sleep apnea and use a cpac ma chine thinking my oxygen levels drop when I fall asleep and that causes an adrenal rush
I still have them but not as intense
I can’t seem to get much relief
Any info would be appreciated
