I have this too. It starts in my gut and travels down my legs and also to my upper body. It’s a terrible feeling. I have had it for decades. I’m working with a Neurologist now to get cortisol levels back on a normal schedule. He feels I pump out adrenaline and cortisol at inappropriate times due to prolonged stress. As someone else said, you need to find a doctor who listens, and will help you find some solutions. Resetting my circadian rhythm, and getting a consistent sleep cycle is where my doctor started. I am sleeping better, and he feels that it where it begins.
Good luck.

Hello...
I have an appointment with a nurologist for a different issue. I am currently taking a supplement from a functional MD for cortisol.
Did you see the nurologist specifically for cortisol issue?

Hi Timhamer
I am still having the adrenal rushes
Trying a cpac machine as I was told I have sleep apnea
My oxygen levels drop when I fall asleep
So far it’s not working
This has really ruined my life as I would just wish I could just fall asleep and get some rest without an adrenal rush that is terrible
Any info on supplements or anything would be appreciated
Thanks
