The cream helps reduce discomfort but will not affect bulging. I have also read that it is beneficial to estrogenize the tissue to help strengthen it prior to surgery.
It is recommended to use daily for the first 7-14 days then twice weekly.
I also use Revaree ( vaginal moisturizer) you can buy on Amazon or through their website directly. This also reduces discomfort . I use the estradiol cream twice a week, and Revaree once a week.
