Is it normal for everything to hurt?
Im 45 and I would say 2 1/2 to 3 weeks out of the month my breasts to my vaginal area are sore/hurt, I feel bloated etc Is this normal? I figured it has to do with my period and or getting older. I haven't been to a dr as my anxiety always gets the best of me. So I wanted to ask here and see if anyone else gets similar symptoms.

I don't think this is normal. If it occurs regularly there could be something going wrong. I'm 78 and when I did have periods there was some soreness in those areas but not all the time. It's best to get a doctor's opinion to be on the safe side. It could be some illness in your body or it could be just nothing except your body reacts more than most people. The only way to know is to go to the doctor. Do you have a primary care doctor that you could see? What causes you to feel anxious about going to the doctor? There are a couple things you could do that might make you feel better. Drink a lot of water. Maybe 3-4 large glasses per day. You would be surprised how much better water makes you feel! I know I was. Also say a prayer and tell God all about your uncomfortableness and your anxiety. God will be there for you and get you through this. He makes everything all right. You just have to ask. I will say a prayer for you also.

and it seems like it can be different for each of us, even as there was variability in puberty and onset of menses
a complete physical with blood work seems in order
are you being treated for your anxiety? is this a diagnosed disorder? or what you assess as your issue?
estrogen and all the other hormones affect all aspects of our biology, our gut microbiome, and our brain
there are competent doctors, many of whom I follow on IG or Substack, who are OB-Gyn or urologists with insight into the changes we're experiencing
