@fluffbun while it certainly makes sense to do more than one thing for bone density the Marodyne was supposed to, hoped to, improve bone density measurably without other interventions. Exercise (as shown by LIFTMOR) and anabolic meds of course will do that by themselves, though some of the studies do make sure the participants are getting calcium and vitamin D.

Hi, yes I appreciate that. It's difficult to know how it helps/if it helps. I started HRT, walking every day and taking Vitamin D, K and magnesium and increased the calcium I ate at the same time as starting with the Marodyne. Who knows what has helped really?
