Leaving group as husband passed away

After many months of struggling with his cancer, 35 rounds of radiation, and several hospital stays due to aspiration pneumonia because he could not swallow after his surgery in January, my husband passed on August 21. I wish all the best to all of you in your continuing battles.

I am so sorry to hear this Phyllis. You have my deepest sympathy for such a devastating loss. He fought a good battle but he must have been tired of everything medical. I wish the outcome had been different.
May the joy you shared with your dear husband remain in your heart forever. Peace to you. 💔

phyllisg, lilyann here, i am so sorry to hear this about your husband, thank you for letting us know. my heart is broke for you and i know you need time and space. i hate to see you go as i think you could be helpful to someone on here. i do understand. i'm scared of the radiation they want to give me. take care, lots of hugs and prayers for you.
