Has anyone had the FDA approved CartiHeal AgiliC implanted ?

I have cartilage loss and osteoarthritis in my knee. I came across this FDA approved implant and want to give it a try. Anyone know of a provider in NC or the east coast? Cardiheal.com

Bioventus acquired CartiHeal AgiliC in 2022 , Their headquarters is in Durham. If you call #Patient Advocacy: 800-847-2381, they can tell you which surgeons are ordering the implants.

I called and finally found that the purchase did not go through. Smith and Nephew apparently bought it. I am calling to see if they have a list of providers. I'll report back. I'd really like to give this a try!

Do you know of Arthrex another cartilage repair product.
Is Mayo using any innovative techniques for this issue?

The patient rep at Smith and Nephew is having the regional sales rep give me contact info for NC docs who are using CartiHeal AgiliC. Will let you know how that goes.

Very helpful. Have names of surgeons in my state who have been certified to use this treatment. It will be interesting to see if I meet the screening criteria. If anyone else is interested go to the Smith and Nephew website, go to contact and fill out the email form. They were quick to respond.

platlette injections? anyone have a success story? I believe mayo uses them.
