What might be causing electric feelings in my body?
Since after my accident in 2017 I have been experiencing a body electricfying. I don't have to hold the phone more than 5minutes. I'm not supposed to be around any copper, because that's when my body start to react. It's paining me alot and I'm also scared now. As for headache I don't want to talk about it. I really need help guys coz I'm about to lose it now.

Paresthesias, hyperesthesias, neuropathy etc. are terms often used that don't really describe what you are experiencing.
I had a severe electric shock in 2014 and am very EMF sensitive. I am glad to see this discussed here, but if sensations are only lower half of body, it might be something else. For EMF issues I keep my phone on airplane mode or I just turn off wifi, bluetooth and cellular date and it still works for texts and calls. I have a low emissions router. I also have fabric I can use to block EMF. If I were anywhere near a smart meter I would buy a guard. Etc. There are also guards (Faraday cages) to use for modem/router.

@jenatsiky that article is full of dismissive comments and says that hypersensitivity or allergy to electro magnetic fields is not real. That's all we sufferers need.
I am sorry you feel that way but science doesn’t lie and maybe more research needs to be done on this topic. I was not dismissing your symptoms.
There is a lot of science on EMF sensitivity. I could provide book titles and study links. The author of this is a health journalist and they often get things wrong. The medical advisor is an emergency medicine doctor not a neurologist.
I was hospitalized with a severe electric shock 10 years ago and have been told that caused my issues. My neurologist worked at Shriner's (burns, shocks) and is familiar with EMF sensitivity and has several patients with it.
I can tell where the modem is in the apartment above me. If I sit in someone's apartment without knowing a modem is nearby, I get symptoms and ask and sure enough it is nearby. It is absolutely not suggestion.
