Thanks Shelley. I use Miralax nightly. It helps to keep things soft, but I still have to use Dulcolax to get things, ummm, moving. My Dr. says not to rely on Dulcolax.....

I have also tried liquid magnesium citrate. Wow that stuff is dangerous. I don't use it anymore because I can't find a dose I can control.

heyjoe415, I have found that adding 5 Metamucil gummies with the Miralax actually makes a difference, a bit more often, not perfect by any measure, but it helps. I still take the Trulance (Linzess), but I don't think it's really very effective, but when our 💩💩is as bad as it is for all of us, you take anything. For me, the gummies (5 evening's) are definitely better than the powder. The powder bloats me up SOOOO bad, I can't even breathe deeply or walk without feeling like I need to support my stomach with my hands. ShelleyW
