I started taking Tymlos at bedtime and that did not work for me because the heart palpitations were unmanageable and kept me from sleeping for several hours. I switched to morning and know that any heart palpitations or dizziness will pass now within about two hours. I don’t schedule early a.m. appointments nor excursions within those two hours (if I can avoid it) and know that I am good for the day. I have the advantage of being retired now so that I manage my time and schedules to my benefit. I hope this is helpful. I think we all need to find what works for us individually since we all have different obligations and lifestyles. I wish you the best, please keep us posted and just take it one step (or day) at a time. I definitely expect it all to be worth it in the end.
