My PSA is undetectable just with Leuprolide however, I have a probable neural endocrine differentiation. Not all Prostate Cancer Emits PSA. The scans are definitive over the PSA. After my DociTaxel and carboplatin I still had some small Metastatic spots so we hammered it with the Pluvicto.
