Long Covid Handbook

Posted by madison1277 @madison1277, Feb 28, 2023

Hi - I am finding this book - The Long COVID Handbook -very helpful in terms of coping strategies and understanding the disease:

The book is by Gez Medinger and Danny Altmann.

Also if you look up Gez Medinger, he has some good you tube videos on the topic.

Thanks Eliza, I am in England and my local supermarket sells the lozenges too.
I find them quite difficult to dissolve in my mouth - it takes a long time! But I will persevere

Well, in the UK they are white circular tablets of a chalky material. You have to suck them, which is not the easiest thing to do. I am keeping going as I am told they will/could have an effect on my awful brain fog.

Hey everyone, quick question: Has anyone tried using nicotine to help with long COVID symptoms? If so, I'd love to hear about your experience. Thanks!

There is a Facebook group called Renegade Research that has lots of commentary on nicotine patches including protocols.
