If you are asking all of us, I had a surprisingly good experience with radiation. No pain and the sessions were fast. I did have a little acid reflux afterwards

After 7 months of chemo which was quite successful, I had 5 sessions of targeted radiation on my primary pancreatic tumour. This was to address my pain issues and allow cutting back on pain meds. This has very very successful and I have been able to dramatically cut back pain meds which has other benefits (eg reduced constipation etc)
