I am not on Anastrozole.............I am on Exemestane. However, I do take Zometa infusions and my teeth have started going crooked. I only have 2 more to go so called my dentist and am making plans to get this taken care of. It drives me crazy. It's like my molars are smacking into my tongue because they are shifting. My teeth have always been pretty straight so this is driving me nuts!!

That must be what has happened to my teeth. I had to stop taking AIs after a year. My sides were making my life he'll. Since my ILC was caught very early and I had a DMX my onco took me off. I started with Anestrozole and changed after 6 months to exemestane. It's been at least 6 months since I've stopped. My teeth have definitely shifted. Every time I eat, no matter what it is, between almost evey back and side tooth I have food crammed between them. This just started within the last few months. I never put it together with taking the AIs, but I bet it's related.
