Does anyone find that a type of shoe helps your foot neuropathy?

I am on a constant quest for shoes that don't kill my feet due to the neuropathy. I find that Spencos and Wolky shoes seem the best. Are there any other suggestions? Shoes can be just crippling for me. Horrid.

Hi, I like Hike Footwear. I have several pairs, I love it. It helps me to walk with out pain.

Only thing I like about the HOKA is they are extra deep and wide to fit an orthotic in. It's a good sole and shoe, but the flimsy innersole you remove and put in your own orthotic. I also recommend a neoprene innersole for the orthotic, not leather. Leather is hard on your feet, where neoprene is soft but durable and moves with your foot a little bit. Leather may last but is unforgiving. Huka is expensive, but fit is everything in a sneaker, suggest trying them on after you have your orthotic. My Right foot was run over by a back wheel of a hyster Forklift in 1986 with 3 breaks and other damage. Good news as orthotics can last many years unless you foot changes like mine when healing. Insurance pays mine per that accident. Type 2 diabetes usually will pay for orthotics as well.

Bad neuropathy. Just got Hoka Bondi 8. Change was almost miraculous in how much better my feet feel.

For those who have drop foot or tend to drag your feet, Cadence shoes worked for me. They have a hard neoprene strip on bottom of the shoe. Instead of grabbing, they slide. A little pricey.

Dr recommended Stegmann clogs. - expensive but they make my feet feel better. Great support, interior padding, arch support, and a metatarsal pad encourage natural foot movement. I have neuropathy in both feet and they help to spread out my scrunched toes.

You might be shocked at my experience........Crocs. I know, that's crazy. My feet don't like pressure points. The less direct contact the better. I wear them to work and at home when I'm not barefoot. With that being said I will emphasize, everyone is different. Find what works for you. Unfortunately you might have to go through a few to find it. All the best.

I have a closet full of different expensive shoes and some work better that others. But what I recently discovered is these Barefoot shoes (I got mine on Amazon for $30), I put these on at home. There is no support, my foot is flat, but the pressure on the bottom of foot has me pain free in my feet while I have them on. Only been wearing them for 3 weeks but so far I am a Happy Camper.

My feet feel like sponges. They wobble so I use a walker so I don’t fall. Anyone else have this problem?

I bought the knockoff ones on Amazon. They help but my foot wobbles even barefoot. I don’t have pain, just loss of balance. Does anyone else have that problem?
