this is something you will need to discuss with your Endocrinologist or hormone specialists. It is not as simple as you are thinking. Your personal history (and that of your DNA ancestors) also is a factor. There are risks with any estrogen-type product - and your personal chemistry. For example are you positive for the BRAC 1/2 gene? Have you been tested? Does your mother, her sisters and grandmothers had cancer? Do you need a combo therapy with progesterone/testosterone. How long has it been since you last period? All these things -- plus the TYPE of HRT will be a factor and none of us can answer that sufficiently for your needs.

Thank you. I do not consider it to be a simple choice and I think that your
points of concern are important.
