Hi @raisingtwins, I can help.
Mayo Clinic Connect is divided in 3 main parts:
1. Support Groups https://connect.mayoclinic.org/groups/
2. Blogs https://connect.mayoclinic.org/blogs/
3. Events https://connect.mayoclinic.org/events/

Support Groups are the main area. Choose a support group that matches the health issue or condition you're interested in, for example Sleep Health (https://connect.mayoclinic.org/group/sleep-health/)
Now you will see a list of Discussions.
Discussions are topics that people start to ask a question and people write comments in reply.
You can use search to find discussions on a topic.

Blogs are articles written by Mayo Clinic experts.

Events are Zoom support group meetings, patient conferences, etc hosted by Mayo Clinic.

Sometimes members refer to the entire site as a blog, forum, message board, borad or other terms,

You can find more information and helpful tips in the Help Center here: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/help-center/
