Hi,
New to this group. I have tracheomalcia. Only relief is my CPAP & Albuteol spray. Just started a new med, starts w a "T". Sorry, it escaped me for the moment. Anyone had surgery & what were the results? TIA, History Fan

I just looked up this very uncommon condition, here is what I learned:

How did you acquire the tracheomalacia? I think your best way to get these questions answered is by a ENT surgeon.

I've explored this situation. Went to Temple in Phila, PA. Dr.Stiner is head of pulmonary medicine & surgery. If you look at his website, it graphically explains the procedure. I was denied surgery due to my "age" don't ask me!
I think it's a pulmonary surgeon who does this procedure. HF
