I've studied nutrition for over 45 years and have only really followed 2 people, Jack LaLane and Gary Null as they live that life. Jack was doing finger tip pushups in his 90s and Gary is pushing 80 and is still in great shape. Has anyone seen Gundry in anything other then a suit? In 1986 I had the chance to sit down and talk with Jack , "one on one" for 15 minutes. He was the real deal. Every product that Gundry pushes, he tells you that his product is the best and the only one to buy, a very bad sign. Take off your shirt Stan !!!!!
