I had a dexa scan 6 months into the program and my numbers were very good. They were surprised at how good they were. I do a lot of exercising out of the program. I recently had an Echolight scan and will have another in 6 months but with Echolight I have nothing to compare it to. I’ve read that Echolight is a lot more accurate than dexa. Also, I agree with others that itis expensive and I sure hope it’s worth the money for my osteoporosis!

Thank you for that information, but did you start out with ‘severe’ osteoporosis, or just say, osteopenia or minor numbers? I ask because I’m finding that people I’ve seen advertised or have spoken to who are in the program, who state they’ve had good results with OsteoStrong, are *not* people who have severe osteoporosis. That was an issue with their promotion. They don’t show proof of efficacy by revealing actual DEXA scores, of people in *their* program. The benefits noted when I was there, were not actually associated with their specific program.
