Thanks, you understood what I meant by mixing. Today I tried to buy some of the supplements you mentioned. Unfortunately, most of them are not produced in Europe and furthermore I could not buy them on Amazon because they are not delivered to Spain probably due to the lack of regulations or permissions. Fortunately I can use my vibration platform twice a day now.

Wish I could tell you what really worked for me….but honestly, I don”t know! The great results were a surprise to me — at most, I just thought my rate of bone loss might lessen!
